Inspiring Community were pleased to receive Third prize in Wakefield and District Housing Love Where You Live award. They had been nominated in the Working with young people category for the work they do in Portobello community. They operate 2 youth Clubs for young people aged from 7 -10 and 11 – 18 years old. In addition, they deliver group work and 121 work with young people from the community. Paul Prest who is a director and youth worker for Inspiring Community said “I feel proud for the Community as much as for the company receiving some positive recognition”. He also acknowledged that this would not have been possible without the partnership work with WDH.
